It’s hard to believe George is a self-taught musician. His guitar playing, singing, and knowledge of music display a depth that is beyond academic. George has been playing and recording in the northern California area for over 40 years. He grew up in Sacramento and began singing in bands at the age of 13 and began playing guitar at age 15. George's roots are in 60’s music and he has played in several blues, R&B/soul, progressive rock/fusion, and original music groups. While attending CSUS George began formalized music training and became heavily involved with the Stage Band and splinter combos. George is a founding member of The New Originals.
